Phone went in the pool, toilet, or Lake Minnetonka? Time matters more than anything with water damage. Here's what to do, what we can fix, and what honest expectations look like.
Water damage repair is not a guaranteed fix — we'll be upfront about that. What we do is open the device, clean the corrosion from the logic board with isopropyl alcohol, and assess what's salvageable. Components that are corroded or shorted may need replacement.
Phones that were submerged briefly and powered off quickly have the best outcomes. Phones that were left wet for hours or continued running while wet are harder to save.
| Service | Price |
|---|---|
| Diagnostic + cleaning (iPhone / Samsung) | $49 – $79 |
| Additional component repair | Quoted after diagnosis |
We come to you in Minnetonka. If the phone can't be saved, you pay only the diagnostic fee.
Modern iPhones (12 and newer) are rated IP68 — they can survive brief submersion. Older phones and most Samsung models have lower ratings. If your phone survived briefly and was powered off immediately, odds are good. If it sat in water for 30+ minutes while running, we'll try but want to be honest with you.
Same-day appointments available. Pay after the repair is done.
