You get a flat quote before any work begins. The price doesn't change unless we discover something during repair that we need to tell you about — in which case we stop, explain the situation, and get your approval before continuing. You never pay more than the original quote without being asked first.
We don't require payment upfront. Payment is collected at the end of the appointment, after you've seen the repair, tested the phone, and confirmed everything is working. You shouldn't pay for a repair before you can verify it was done correctly — and we believe that enough to make it our policy.
We provide an itemized receipt for every repair that you can submit for insurance reimbursement. We don't bill insurance directly — payment is collected at appointment, and we provide documentation for your claim. Check with your specific carrier (Asurion, SquareTrade, etc.) about their reimbursement process for third-party repairs.
